System solutions for complex
manufacturing and assembly processes
Complex components, a wide range of variants, and low tolerances demand more than standard solutions. WOLL develops assembly and inspection systems that ensure stable and controllable processes, ranging from manual fixtures to highly automated production lines.
Our systems are developed based on a component-specific analysis of real process conditions. How do materials behave under defined joining or sealing parameters? Where do forces, tolerance chains or process-critical transitions occur? Which steps must be technically validated prior to production release or investment approval? On this basis, we implement systems for joining, sealing, dispensing and measurement processes, integrate eddy-current and ultrasonic testing, and develop cleanroom assembly systems or systems with integrated high-voltage safety architecture – each tailored to the product, operating environment and risk profile.
Our systems cover the entire assembly process—from feeding and positioning to joining, testing, and documentation. Inline measurement technology, camera-based inspection systems, and DMC tracking are utilized wherever they offer measurable added value for process reliability and quality.
Not every solution requires maximum automation. Every solution requires process control.
Designed for stable day-to-day production
Our modular systems are designed for seamless integration into existing production lines. A robust mechanical design, combined with standardized control and monitoring concepts, ensures stable and reproducible processes in series production.
At the same time, they are designed to reliably meet current requirements while enabling flexible adaptation to product variants, cycle time changes, and future process modifications. This ensures that production systems remain economical, efficient, and future-proof in the long term.
