Installation and commissioning

In semiconductor manufacturing, stable and reproducible operation under cleanroom conditions is critical. For this reason, installation and commissioning are carried out in a structured and quality-controlled manner, adapted to the respective production environment.

Mechanical systems, electrical integration, automation, and process interfaces are coordinated and tested under real production conditions. Interfaces to cleanroom infrastructure, chemical supply, safety systems, and higher-level control systems are systematically checked, documented, and validated. The goal is stable and reproducible system operation from the first day of production.

At the same time, operating personnel are trained directly on the system under practical conditions. After handover, we continue to support production with technical assistance, process optimization, and defined technical contacts to ensure stable and economical long-term operation.
