Particularly in complex assembly processes involving integrated electronics, sealing systems, joining operations, or automated test sequences, this phase is a decisive factor in project success. Critical process steps are analyzed, assessed, and technically safeguarded before being transferred to series production.

Based on this foundation, prototypes and functional prototypes are developed to validate sensitive or material-specific processes under real-world conditions. Process limits are identified at an early stage, parameters are optimised, and reproducible results are verified. This provides a reliable data basis for subsequent automation.
