To ensure that the foundation’s goals are implemented sustainably and responsibly, its tasks are based on two central bodies: the Executive Board and the Advisory Board.

Executive Board

The Executive Board is the operational management body of the foundation. It is responsible for the strategic direction, the administration of the foundation’s assets, and the implementation of resolutions. It also ensures that the foundation’s goals – the preservation of the family business and the safeguarding of jobs – are consistently pursued and translated into concrete measures. Furthermore, it ensures that the foundation is managed in accordance with legal requirements and the foundation’s statutes.

Advisory Board

The Advisory Board has an advisory function and supports the Executive Board in its tasks. It contributes valuable expertise from various fields and monitors compliance with the foundation’s objectives. The Advisory Board serves as a link between the foundation and the various stakeholders, including employees, the family, and the community. Through this role, the Advisory Board ensures that the Executive Board’s decisions are both sustainable and in the best interests of all parties involved.

Together, the Executive Board and the Advisory Board work to realize the vision and mission of the Woll Family Foundation and strengthen the company for future generations.
