Vessel and apparatus manufacturing
In vessel and apparatus construction, success depends on well-engineered designs, suitable materials, and precise manufacturing. We manufacture both custom one-off units and series solutions, covering the design and production of vessels, pressure vessels, and plant components requiring approval, made of carbon steel, stainless steel, or special alloys. Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, AD 2000 regulations, and, where applicable, ASME standards.
Certified welding procedures, comprehensive documentation, and acceptance by recognized inspection bodies such as TÜV SÜD ensure compliance with all requirements, from initial design through to final approval.

Spill containment and oil trays
We manufacture leak-tight welded spill containment and oil trays made of steel or stainless steel for machinery and equipment with high environmental and operational safety requirements. Our solutions are precisely tailored to the respective application, can be reliably integrated into existing systems, and withstand continuous mechanical and chemical loads.
Thanks to an extensive inventory of materials, our many years of experience, and our specialized expertise in stainless steel processing, we deliver cost-effective and standards-compliant solutions—from design and manufacturing to the ready-to-install tray.
As a certified specialist company in accordance with the WHG (German Water Resources Act), we ensure reliable containment of water-polluting substances. Upon request, we support you from the early design and planning phase, especially for projects with elevated requirements in sensitive or regulated environments.
