From inital concept to reliable operation

Our mechanical design team develops special-purpose machines that deliver reliable performance in real production environments. With a team of more than 70 experienced design engineers, we support projects from the initial concept through to the completed production system.

We see mechanical design as an integral part of the entire production process. We develop components, assemblies and systems in the context of manufacturing, assembly, commissioning and operation. Every component, assembly and system is designed for efficient manufacturing, easy assembly, straightforward maintenance and long-term economic operation. The goal is to deliver robust systems that operate efficiently and perform reliably throughout their entire lifecycle.

All designs comply with CE and UL standards and, if required, implemented according to customer-specific standards and guidelines. Digital simulations, such as cycle time analyses and virtual machine models, support the design process from the planning stage onwards, helping to evaluate processes and reduce risks early on.
