Our team analyzes existing process and equipment structures, defines technical requirements, and develops robust concepts for new systems or process optimizations based on them. From initial specification and simulation through utilities integration, interface definition, and implementation, we work closely with your engineering and production teams. The goal is a solution that can be operated reliably under real production conditions and remains scalable in the long term.

In our process engineering department, we develop and validate functional models, prototypes, and pilot systems for new technologies, materials, and process steps under conditions that closely resemble real production environments. This enables the early validation of critical parameters as well as reliable assessment of process stability, process media behavior, and system integration.
