Trust is built through commitment
In 2011, company founder Walter Woll used the following words to describe what turned a small metalworking shop into today’s WOLL.Group:
“A family that has grown alongside the company. Employees who work not only for the company, but with it. Leadership that provides transparent, expert and dedicated support to customers. The interaction of engineering, craftsmanship and management, as well as humanity and respect for each other and the work. People who stand up for each other, for each other’s work and for the company.”
To this day, these words form the foundation of our success. They reflect the values that define us today and will continue to guide us in the future: close cohesion, reliability, personal responsibility, openness and transparency, and fairness. Our self-image also includes conduct that is always compliant with the law and ethically impeccable—both within our company and in our dealings with business partners, suppliers, and the public.
Shared values as the basis of our actions
Our Code of Conduct is a binding guideline for all business partners, suppliers, and other partners along the value chain. It is addressed equally to management, employees, and foundation members, as well as to business partners, suppliers, and other partners along the value chain.
It forms the shared basis for a trusting, responsible, and long-term collaboration. At the same time, it defines the values, principles, and standards of conduct that we set for ourselves and expect from everyone who works with us. It commits all parties involved to responsible, ethically impeccable, inclusive, and legally and rule-compliant conduct—today and in the future.
We are convinced: Sustainable success can only be achieved when values and principles are actively lived and firmly embedded in everyday work and business. By doing so, we protect our company as well as every individual involved from the consequences of unintentional rule violations.
