Welding Expertise
Reliable quality for your applications

For over 60 years, we have stood for standards-compliant and reliable welding technology. For you, this means durable joints, reproducible quality, and solutions that perform reliably even under demanding operating conditions. Whether MAG, MIG, TIG, plasma, or laser welding, automated or manual – we select the process that is best suited to the material, component geometry, and requirements. What matters is the quality of the finished result.

Our welding supervision supports your project throughout the entire manufacturing process – from weld-friendly design to the finished assembly. This ensures that all requirements, standards and material properties are consistently taken into account, resulting in a documented, standards-compliant and technically flawless welding solution.

We manufacture welded structures for a wide range of industries. From mechanical and plant engineering to vessel and pipeline construction, rail vehicles, and structural steelwork. Whether complex assemblies such as housings, enclosures, and brackets, or precise individual parts like heat exchangers and media distributors. Each welded structure is precisely designed to your technical requirements.

The result is robust, documented and industrial-grade welding solutions that combine high process reliability with long-term performance.

Laser welding
automated

Our fully automated robotic laser welding system delivers high processing speeds and consistent weld seam quality. Advanced technology and precise seam tracking ensure high-quality, low-distortion results. Whether millimeter-precise weld seams or cladding of high-alloy steels and non-ferrous metals, we provide reliable and application-specific solutions.

  • Trumpf disc laser TruDisk 4002, maximum laser capacity up to 4000 W, pulse or continuous wave operation available
  • Trumpf PFO 33 processing head for remote welding (precision welding of arbitrary 2D contours at extremely high welding speeds)
  • Trumpf BEO d70 processing head with motor focussing for deep penetration and heat conduction welding, with or without filler material
  • Dual station workpiece positioner, component weight up to 750 kg
  • Welding speeds up to 20 m/min and sheet thicknesses of 0.5 mm to 6 mm

Materials

  • Austenitic steels (CrNi steels)
  • Austenitic-ferritic steels
  • Aluminium alloys
  • Nickel and nickel alloys
  • Structural steels
  • Titanium alloys

Plasma welding
automated

Plasma welding enables precise, high-quality welds, especially for thin-walled components. The narrow heat-affected zone significantly reduces distortion, resulting in high dimensional accuracy and reproducible results.

The process is suitable for both delicate components and thick-walled materials and offers outstanding process stability. A wide variety of materials can be processed reliably, including demanding and difficult-to-weld materials.

Its combination of high welding speeds, efficient energy utilisation and low distortion makes plasma welding a cost-effective solution for demanding applications. It is particularly well suited to industries with stringent quality requirements, such as aerospace, automotive and electronics manufacturing.

TIG welding
manual, orbital and automated

TIG welding, also known as GTAW, is characterised by clean, precise welds with excellent surface quality. The process is ideal for thin-walled components, as the low heat input minimises distortion. We reliably weld aluminium, stainless steel and other demanding materials to the highest quality standards.
