Control engineering and automation

We develop holistic control and automation solutions for special-purpose machinery and plants. We integrate robotics, sensor technology, HMI systems, and connectivity to MES and ERP systems in a technically optimized and coordinated manner. This ensures usability, process stability, and plant availability from the very beginning.

During the concept phase, we define the appropriate architecture for control, operation, and data acquisition, select suitable systems, and consider existing infrastructures. Electrical engineering is carried out using EPLAN, including complete documentation. Control cabinet construction and testing are performed in-house, in compliance with applicable standards and, if required, UL regulations.

Based on this foundation, we program PLC and visualization systems across manufacturers, carry out commissioning and retrofits, and fully integrate robotic solutions into the overall control architecture. Machine vision and intelligent sensors handle inspection and monitoring tasks, while connectivity to higher-level systems ensures transparency throughout the production process.

Even after commissioning, we support your systems with remote support, updates, and training to ensure long-term stable and cost-efficient operation of your automation solution.
