This highly automated assembly system was developed specifically for the cleanroom production of medical vial adapters, ensuring high precision, process reliability, and stable performance in high-volume production.

Two synchronized rotary indexing tables with a total of 14 stations perform the complete pre-assembly and final assembly of six individual components. Four-up fixtures per nest, a central cam drive, and low-maintenance components ensure stable operation and high system availability. The system is designed for annual production volumes in the double-digit million range.

Quality and cleanroom suitability are central design criteria. Integrated in-line inspections, including height measurement and camera-based visual inspection, monitor the assembly of every component. In combination with precise dosing systems for sterile water and silicone oil, a central extraction system, and an optional laminar flow module, a consistently controlled and safe production environment is created
