Our compact, fully automated assembly system enables precise insertion of sealing cartridges into valve housings. It ensures efficient, reliable, and highly repeatable operation.

All components are automatically fed from buffer storage, subjected to camera-based inspection, and precisely spray-lubricated with integrated overspray extraction. The subsequent insertion process is force- and displacement-monitored on both sides. A 100% leak test with documented quality control ensures the functionality of every component.

Thanks to intelligent process control, automatic variant verification, and an integrated stacking system for component output, the system is designed for high-volume series production with high product variability in pneumatic and valve applications.
