Our fully automated ball screw assembly line combines high-precision assembly processes with integrated measuring technology and automated tolerance-based pairing of components. The process is complemented by hardness testing, precise lubricant dosing, and final efficiency testing to ensure consistent high quality. Full traceability of all components ensures maximum process reliability and continuous documentation.

The system combines two manual loading and unloading stations with four automated stations. Three rotary indexing tables, three robots, and multiple linear assembly units ensure efficient and stable operation. DMC tracking and laser marking guarantee full traceability of every component. Integrated NOK handling, including reintegration of reworked parts, ensures a closed quality loop. Automated oiling of ball bearings and spindles, along with controlled verification of the ball count, is also implemented.
