for battery assembly

Our production line for battery assembly enables precise and safe assembly of battery systems for heavy-duty vehicles. It is designed to accommodate different variants and connection positions, while ensuring cost-efficient series production with the highest quality requirements.

The line combines automated stations for plasma activation of the sandwich core, adhesive application, module screwing, as well as leak and EOL testing with ergonomic manual workstations for pre-assembly, small parts assembly, rework, and installation of cooling and HV connections.

Sophisticated transport systems with racks, workpiece carriers, and conveyor lines ensure stable and efficient material flow. Integrated high-voltage safety systems and fire protection bunkers provide maximum safety throughout the entire production process.
