Filter element production
for multi-effect filtration

Our fully automated system produces stacks of filter elements for use in multi-effect filtration for water purification-process. Designed as a comprehensive concept from initial idea to fully operational production line, it combines precise robot- handling, advanced welding technology and seamless quality monitoring.

Our core strength lies in the safe and precise handling of a wide range of components, including injection-moulded parts, directly from the plastic injection moulding machine and flexible materials such as films, membranes and spacer mesh fabrics. These are reliably processed in parallel working welding stations and assembled into complete effect stacks of variable size in parallel working mirror-welding systems. All process parameters are continuously monitored and fully documented across the entire process chain.

Prior to implementation, the functionality and cycle time were validated using robot simulations. This provided the basis for the targeted optimization of manufacturing processes. Based on this, we developed a customized logistics concept and factory layout to achieve efficient production of the effect stacks.
