Thanks to modern dancer control, precise real-time length monitoring, and an intuitive user interface, the system operates with minimal effort while ensuring high process reliability and repeatability. Designed for reliable 24/7 continuous operation.

The machine performs all process steps fully automatically, from unwinding, cutting, and winding to banding. An encoder system provides continuous length monitoring, while product changeovers are carried out quickly and flexibly via the touchscreen interface. An automatic unloading system ensures smooth material flow, optionally extended by a conveyor section.

Thanks to its compact footprint (approx. 1,200 × 1,000 × 2,200 mm plus 600 mm conveyor section), the system can be easily integrated into existing production environments.
