Automated cooling
for cleanroom reactors

This fully automated cooling system was developed for precise and reliable temperature control of reactors in vaccine production. It is fully integrated into the internal glycol circuit and cools fresh tap water to the required temperature via a heat exchanger. A pump unit then transports the cooling medium through a piping system directly into the cleanroom to the filling line, where coupling connections securely connect the double-walled reactors to the cooling circuit. Once the target temperature is defined, the entire cooling process operates fully automatically, ensuring consistently high process reliability.
