High-volume production with high variant flexibility

WOLL’s fully automated bag production line is designed for industrial-scale manufacturing of bags in various sizes, materials, and fill volumes. It processes up to eight product variants with fill volumes of up to 1,000 ml while ensuring consistently high quality and minimizing film waste.

The system is engineered for continuous and stable operation. Four unwinding stations with an integrated buffer system enable uninterrupted roll changes. Non-contact thickness measurement and material monitoring ensure precise process control, while the format-dependent film feed minimizes material waste.

Strong weld seams and a perfect seal are achieved through thermal contact welding and contour welding with preheating and cooling. The process chain is complemented by punching applications, a specially developed fast tool-change system, and integrated 100% leak testing.
