We developed this fully automatic production line for manufacturing variable 2D bag formats, enabling the precise, repeatable and efficient processing of film tubing and double-layer films. Thanks to advanced welding technology, integrated adapter assembly, and comprehensive in-line inspection processes, the system is ideally suited for operation in ISO Class 7 cleanroom environments.

The line includes an integrated film unwinder with feeding technology and uses precise welding processes with pneumatically or servo-motor-driven welding tools. In addition, optical film inspection and leak testing are implemented for quality assurance. The adapter assembly and customized cut-out processes are fully automated. The semi-automatic tool change with preheating ensures short changeover times and maximum system availability.
