This foundation represents our strong connection with our employees and the region that means so much to us. The Woll Family Foundation not only secures the company’s continued existence but also creates a stable foundation for future generations.

The Woll Family Foundation is managed by two central bodies: the Executive Board and the Advisory Board. Both bodies play a crucial role in achieving the foundation’s objectives and work together to ensure that the foundation’s vision and values are successfully implemented.

Executive Board

The Executive Board is the operational management body of the foundation. It is responsible for providing strategic direction, managing the foundation’s assets, and implementing resolutions. The Executive Board ensures that the foundation’s goals – the preservation of the family business and the safeguarding of jobs – are consistently pursued and translated into concrete measures. It also ensures that the foundation is managed in accordance with legal requirements and the foundation’s statutes.

Advisory Board

The Advisory Board has an advisory function and supports the Executive Board in its tasks. It brings valuable expertise from various fields and monitors compliance with the foundation’s objectives. The Advisory Board serves as a link between the foundation and the various stakeholders, including employees, the family and the community. Through its advisory role, the Advisory Board ensures that the Executive Board’s decisions are both sustainable and in the best interests of all stakeholders.

Together, the Executive Board and the Advisory Board work to realize the vision and mission of the Woll Family Foundation and strengthen the company for future generations.
